After
resolving disputes and providing solutions
to aggrieved parties in Delhi, Aap
Ki Kachehri is all set to
travel to Mumbai. Kiran
Bedi will now address the problems
of Mumbaikars and will try to resolve internal
disputes of family and friends.
Informs
a source from the production house, “We
are all set to visit Mumbai in the month
of April. The anchor of the show, Kiran
Bedi, will address problems of the common
Mumbaikar. We will get in touch with NGOs
in Mumbai. The show has been received well
by the viewers and we are delighted by the
response. The tour would not end in Mumbai.
We are planning to travel to all the major
cities in the country.”
Talking about the success of the show,
our source said “The show recently got an
extension of 52 episodes and we are hoping
to get another extension.”
When contacted, Siddharth Basu, founder
of Synergy Communications, confirmed the
news and said, “Yes. In the next season,
the first set of episodes will be in Mumbai.
Other major cities like Kolkata and Chandigarh
will follow.”
This show marks a giant leap forward in
television. And the producers of the show
are aware of this. They are hoping that
the show can do its bit to eradicate issues
related to domestic violence and petty squabbles
from society.
