Sid
Makkar, the handsome hero who had played
Arjun in Ekta Kapoor's Mahabharat,
is just back after a two-week vacation in
Thailand and Hongkong with his wife. "Both
my wife and I love beaches and we had a
gala time there. We came back with a very
nice gift from Thailand. We like Al Pacino
a lot and managed to find a very nice portrait
of his there. We picked it up immediately,"
says Sid.
Seems
he has a busy schedule lined up in the months
to come because he is doing a number of
films. Zoya Akhtar's Luck By Chance
(where Sid plays the role of an assistant
director and a roomie of Farhan Akhtar a
struggling actor) is scheduled for a release
soon. "I am also doing Straight
where I am playing a lead role along
with Gul Panang and Vinay Pathak. I am playing
a member of a British-born lead singer for
a rock band in the film. The director for
the film is Parvathi Gopalan.
Sid is not keen on doing anything for the
small screen right now since his hands are
full with work from the big screen.
