When Shahrukh Khan does something it has to be larger than life. And so is his first ever fiction show Ghar Ki Baat Hai. SRK has roped in good friends Juhi Chawla and Shreyas Talpade to act in his show Ghar Ki Baat Hai.

When contacted, Bhavana Sresth, Creative Director of the show confirmed the news and said, “Yes, Juhi and Shreyas are going to play an important role in the show. They have been incorporated in the story not for the reason that they are popular celebrity faces but their characters are very important to the track of the show.”

Talking about their characters Bhavana said, “They are going to play themselves in the show. Juhi and Shreyas will be seen in two different episodes. The date of the airing of these two episodes has not been decided upon as yet.”

This will be Juhi’s second time on TV. She was seen playing a cameo in Baa Bahoo aur Baby while Shreyas will make his small screen debut in a fiction show.

Will SRK too act in his own show? Bhavana said, “As of now nothing can be commented on this. But being the producer, SRK is abreast of all the developments taking place in the show and decisions will be taken accordingly.”

Ghar Ki Baat Hai is all set to hit TV screens on 30th January at 9:30 pm on NDTV Imagine.
