Mohan Bhandari, who is currently seen in Saat Phere, is making a return to films. The veteran actor will be seen in a film called ‘42 kms’ where he will be playing the supportive father of Sameer Dattani.

42 kms is a story about five people and how they overcame the odds to fulfill their ambitions. Sameer Dattani is one such character who decides to participate in a Marathon to prove a point in life. Without his father’s support, Sameer’s character wouldn’t have succeeded.

Mohan says, "Throughout the race I keep on encouraging and prodding him. I play his pillar of strength and confidant. But this film is not so much about a race but more about fighting the odds in life winning the race of adversaries.”

Mohan’s last Hindi film was Paheli in 2005. He’s also acted in other films like Mangal Pandey, Khel, and Pratighat.
