A big fire broke out on the sets of Balaji’s Tujh Sang Preet Lagayi Sajana at Aakraman Studios, on 25 January around 4:00 p.m. Fortunately, all the actors, cast and crew evacuated the sets on time and there was no casualty except for the financial loss that the production house has incurred.

When contacted Kunal Verma, lead actor of the show, informed, “Pooja and I had just completed the master shot and were preparing for the second shot when a short – circuit happened in the kitchen. We could smell something burning but didn’t fathom the intensity of the fire. Immediately people started rushing and we realised that the fire was huge and in no time it swallowed the entire set in its flames. By God’s grace there is no casualty as we vacated the set just in time.”

It will take a couple of weeks to re-erect the sets at Aakraman till the cast will reportedly shoot at Sankraman studio.
