Creative Head Umesh Yamgarr and Imtiaz Punjabi, Head of Operations of Swastik Productions have quit to form a new production company. They have named the production house as U & I Entertainment.

Talking about the development Umesh informs, “Imtiaz and I have quit Swastik to form our own production house and have named it U & I Entertainment. Very soon we are going to launch two shows and I can assure you that they will be nothing like the regular shows. We are in talks with different channels and things will get finalised in due course of time.”

Umesh played a key role in the success of Sahara One reality show Saas VS Bahu.
