Ninja Pandav! Well, this is no myth but a show that will air on the soon-to-be-launched channel REAL TV.

Says a source, “Ninja Pandav will be a weekly show. As the title suggests, the show is titled Ninja Pandav but beyond some similar character names, there’s nothing in common with the epic. It will air on REAL TV.”

Elaborating on the cast, our source adds, “The five central characters are Satya, Arjun, Nakul and Gattu (Ghatotkatch) and Sahyadri. These characters are played by Sumeet Pathak, Vishal Thakkar, Sahil, Jai Thakur and Pooja Bihal respectively.Vishal is the same guy who played Tabu’s son in Chandni Bar. Bollywood-turned-TV actor Avinash Wadhawan plays Bheeshma.”

An actor requesting anonymity says, “I’m playing of one the important characters. Firstly, I want to make it clear that our show is not similar to the epic. Bheesma is the martial arts teacher of Ninja Pandavs. The show is all about the fight between the good and the evil. Though the show is primarily aimed at kids we’re sure now viewers of all age will like it.”
