Her existing show Naaginn is set to end soon. One of her shows has failed to take off. That truly is a double blow for veteran actress and producer Aruna Irani.

Mere Sapno Ki Rani, a daily that Irani was supposed to produce for Colors has now been shelved.

Back in December, we had reported on Mere Sapno Ki Rani being one of the probable matinee shows on Colors. Unfortunately, this dream had died.

Confirming the news, Aruna Irani says, “It’s true that Mere Sapno Ki Rani has been shelved. The channel initially liked our concept but as time progressed, they had a change of heart and now they feel it doesn’t go with their kind of programming. Things didn’t move thereafter so we decided to shelve the project.”
