Life for our actors is not always easy especially considering the demands of the profession. They have to constantly encounter problems especially when the shooting takes place in remote villages. One such unit is Zee TV’s Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo. The sets of the same have been erected in a remote village where due to the poor network actors go incommunicado. Apart from the communication woes the actors have to scrape through many problems in their day to day shooting.

Informs a source, “The story is based in a village in Bihar and to replicate the same in Mumbai was an uphill task. And the actors too are putting in their all to make it come alive. Aditya Lakhia (Kachra of Lagaan fame) who plays the role of Ratan aka Lali’s father has to walk barefeet sans make-up or sunscreen. Infact, they are even restricted from eating full meals so that they look as authentic as possible.”

“Recently for a scene Lali had to save her friend from drowning in the river. The poor actress had to do so many retakes that she ran a temperature by staying in water for long hours. The actress is now down with pneumonia. To add to their despair they also have to stay in dirty clothes and cleanliness is like a dear commodity to find in the dirt driven village area,” concludes the source.
