Star Plus’ Bidaai has been continuously offering surprises to keep the viewers glued to their show. Once again, a new character steps into the show. This new character is Malti’s (Ashita Dhawan) NRI brother. As the news of Malti’s pregnancy reaches her family, his brother decides to come down to India to stay with her.

Informs a source, “Newbie Punit Tejwani will play the role of Shlok, Malti’s brother, who is an NRI from London. When he comes to know about his sister’s pregnancy he decides to go and stay with her for sometime. And with this another track starts which will also highlight Malti’s character. Shlok will play a key role in Angad and Sara’s love life.”

Punit Tejwani says, “It is a great opportunity since it is the top rated show of TV today. I am playing an NRI who comes down from London. This is a cameo but I can’t say how long it will last as it completely depends upon the response of the viewers.”

Yet another cameo and yet another twist, seems the producer has got the right recipe of a hit show.
