The epic show based on the life of the legendary warrior and king, Prithviraj Chauhan, which has been entertaining viewers for the past couple of years will bid adieu. The show has reached its climax and, according to sources, will end on March 15.

Informs a source from the production house, “The channel has asked us to end the show by March 15. The last episode saw Sanyogita trying to convince Prithviraj Chauhan not to leave. So the whole story will now wind up in just four episodes. Prithviraj Chauhan will kill Mohammed Ghouri with the help of his confidante Chand, and then the two of them will kill each other in the last episode.”

Anas Rashid, who essays the epic hero says, “I would not like to comment on the status of the show. I would just like to say that I had been fortunate enough to get this golden chance of essaying the role of celebrated warrior Prithviraj Chauhan. It is a once in a lifetime opportunity to essay such roles.”

Producer Meenakshi Sagar confirmed that the show is ending on March 15.
