Mohit Mallik wants to quit Dulhann

Banoo Main Teri Dulhann is not going off air but we wonder whether this decision has pleased all concerned parties. Some actors allegedly aren’t keen to continue with the show. Mohit Mallik, who plays Bharat, is one among them.

“Frankly speaking, I don’t know what has been going on with our show. I thought it had ended but it didn’t turn out that way. Apparently, after learning that the show might end, I had picked up another assignment. I was to perform at an event in London but had to cancel it at the last moment. I had a word with my producers and told them unless I see no improvement in my character; I’ll quit the show in 30 days.”

Much of the blame for Dulhann’s plight has been levied upon its allegedly unprofessional stars. In fact, sources from the production didn’t hesitate in naming the big names of the show who have been accused of being unprofessional.

We asked Mohit whether this is true and he replied, “I really wouldn’t like to comment on this. I can only speak of myself. I have always been professional.”
