MUMBAI : Content creation in Hindi films has changed drastically after the COVID-19 pandemic. The lockdown had kept audiences of films indoors for more than two years due to which their content consumption has changed. There have been many Hindi films that have flopped in recent times. Now, Pragya Jaiswal who will be seen in 'Khel Khel Mein' and is known for her work in South films, revealed about how Hindi and Telugu film directors are facing issues making good films.

During an exclusive interview with TellyChakkar, Pragya was asked if Hindi filmmakers are still in the dark when it came to understanding what'll work and what won't post lockdown. It's almost a lottery now, with even good films biting the dust at times. What does she think? Is it the same with the Telugu cinema, post-lockdown? The stunning actress replied, "I think, post lockdown, it is something every industry is facing. I think audiences have gotten so comfortable sitting at home and watching so many online platforms and with such a great variety of content, it is difficult to get them out, to come to a theatre".

The 'Akanda' actress further mentioned that the similar situation of content being affected post-lockdown has been taking place even in the south industry. "Nai, south mei bhi chal raha hai. Things have changed in every industry. It is not just Bollywood. You have to make good films for the audiences anywhere. Even in the South, until and unless you give them a good storyline, people will not come to the theatres. You can't just make anything".
