MUMBAI: Hindi Television shows never fail to amuse us.

While there are a lot of shows which entertain us and are based on kitchen politics and other interesting genres, the one thing common between them is that all the shows are high on drama. Now there are a few shows which have literally gone to extremes to entertain the masses so much that it was unbelievably bizarre!

Yeh Hai Mohabbatein:

Yeh Hai Mohabbatein started off as a rather promising show. It sure had potential, what with the makers depicting a hatke love story of a divorced Punjabi man and his Tamilian neighbour and his daughter from his first marriage acting as cupid. All was well till the illogical and terrifyingly dumb plots started making the rounds of the small screen.

Apart from the fact that sworn nemesis Ishita and Shagun attacked by a crocodile, Ishita’s face wasn’t ruined by the wild creature. Well, when our hair and face gets a demon-like touch after a bit of auto ride, here’s an actress who came out without so much a scratch on her face after a crocodile attack.

This was another show which depicted a gorilla romancing Thapki. Cm’on! Like the lead wasn’t enough and there were budget issues for a parallel one.

Yeh Hai Chahatein:

Rudraksh and Prisha get stuck in the jungle after their bus meets an accident. Rudraksh and Prisha surpass the tragedy and defeat death but it seems more painful death is waiting for them ahead. The situation gets deteriorating for both Rudraksh and Prisha when they find no way out. Soon when Prisha finds a lake, she heads to drink water. Unfortunately, a crocodile attacks Prisha and she falls in the lake. Rudraksh recklessly jumps in the lake to save Prisha but the situation worsens. Isn’t there anything new that the shows have to offer us?

Sasural Simar Ka:

The earlier season had many trolles and memes because of humans turning into insects and wild animals. Simar turning into a ‘makkhi’ made us want to slap ourselves in the face!

And now Bhagya Lakshmi continues the crocodile and other wild animal legacy as the crocodile waited and waited till Rishi fell in the lake and then there was a big competition as to who will reach him first – Lakshmi, in order to save him or the crocodile? Despite the animal biting off his leg, Lakshmi was unharmed and both managed to escape from the crocodile’s clutches. Pretty dramatic eh?!
