MUMBAI: Bigg Boss Marathi Season 2 has a great fan-following. One of the most talked about contestants of the show was Shivani Surve, who rose to fame with Star Plus’ Jaana Na Dil Se Door. Shivani’s personality gained her many fans and haters too.

The actress couldn’t take the stress and mental pressure that she was going through in the show. She stated that the mental trauma that she was going through was affecting her health and thus wanted to quit the show. However, Bigg Boss called her in the confession room and had a discussion which made Shivani change her mind and she readily agreed to pull up her socks and play the game afresh. Medical aid was also immediately given to her.

But things did not seem to work out and Shivani again started the rant of returning home. She was adamant on quitting the show and was ready to face the consequences if the channel and production house decides to take legal action.

In Weekend Ka Daav, host Mahesh Manjrekar reprimanded Shivani and questioned her on her behaviour. He re-assured all the contestants that medical aid is always available for them and they do not really have to worry about their physical health, and as far as the mental stress is concerned, the show itself is about maintaining balance and being strong.

Despite the re-assurance, Shivani was keen on quitting the show which made the host Mahesh Manjrekar super upset who later asked her to pack her bags and leave.

Shivani thanked him and decided to leave. She was not a part of the rest of the episode and was seen packing her stuff. Nobody escorted her to the door as it would aggravate host Mahesh’s anger.

Shivani clearly had the potential to reach the finale of the show. However, things took an ugly turn.
