Three actors from the field of television are in a rejoicing mood as they celebrate their birthdays today (10 February). We are talking about gracious Shweta Kawatra, talented Iqbal Khan (Tumhari Paakhi) and handsome hunk Vikas Manaktala ( who is currently seen in Main Naa Bhoolungi). Let’s talk to each of them and find out how are they celebrating their birthday? Said Vikas, “Firstly, I want to thank all my fans and well wishers for remembering my birthday and wishing me. This morning I went to an orphanage and from there I visited the Mount Mary shrine to seek the blessings of Mother Mary. Later, maybe I will have drinks with my close friends.” And what about gifts? “Talking about gifts, then let me say that for me wishes and the support of friends is my real gift. You won’t believe last night I had to shift my place and my friends came and helped me shift to my new apartment. My sister, a fashion designer from Delhi, couriered me Jodhpuri pants. One of my friends gave me a clock with a smiley on it. Along, he presented me with a Zara cap,” he added. Shared Shweta, “Well, today there are no plans of celebrations as such because Manav (husband Manav Gohil) is shooting. But he is taking me out to Dubai on Valentine’s Day; so there will be double celebrations. As for my birthday gift, he has asked me to buy whatever I feel like. I have already got my birthday gift two months ago when he gifted me a Duster car. May be today I will go out with my mother-in-law for shopping. Last night, Manav took me out on dinner.” Any wish that you want to get fulfilled? “I am very content in life. There is nothing that has not got fulfilled yet,” she quipped. And how do you feel on getting a year older? “I have turned 38 and I love it. I feel wiser with each passing year. I would never want to swap my thirties with twenties,” Shweta answered.
