MUMBAI: This Sunday, Sony Entertainment Television’s homegrown kids singing reality show, ‘Superstar Singer 3’, is all set to take you on an emotional ride with its ‘Thank You Maa’ special.  In this episode, the show will celebrate mothers, their boundless love, and their sacrifices with some heart-warming performances delivered by the contestants, Super Judge Neha Kakkar, and the captains – Arunita Kanjilal, Pawandeep Rajan, Mohd Danish, Sayli Kamble, and Salman Ali. With some beautiful memories and melodious beats, the episode promises to be a delightful watch filled with love, laughter, and deep emotions. 

Amidst multiple captivating performances,  11-year-old, Diya Hegde from Sagara, Karnataka, will captivate everyone with her beautiful rendition of the song, 'Tu Kitni Achhi Hai' from the film 'Raja Aur Runk'. Dedicating this performance to her mother, Aparna ji, Diya will read her a heartfelt letterexpressing gratitude that promises to leave everyone emotional. 

Amazed by the performance, Super Judge Neha Kakkar says, "Diya, your performance today brought back memories of when I sang this song for my mother. Your performance was truly beautiful, and I felt joy hearing the heartfelt words you shared for your mother. Aparna ma’am, your words about Diya being talented and caring resonate deeply. Diya, you're incredibly sweet and your singing is amazing."

Captain Arunita adds, "I'm at a loss for words. This episode holds such significance, and all the children are singing beautifully. We're all feeling emotional and missing our parents. Diya, your performance was melodious."

On a light-hearted note, Captain Danish and Salman Ali will reminisce about their childhood days of being disciplined by their mothers, while Super Judge Neha Kakkar shares her childhood memory of how her mother used to console her with her favorite “Aloo Paratha” when she used to get upset.
