Anil Kapoor was born on 24th December 1956 and completed hs schooling from Our Lady of Perpetual Succour High School - Chembur, and is graduation from St.Xavier's College,Mumbai.He made his debut in Bollywood with the film Hum Tumhaare hai in a cameo but got his first solo break in the film Woh Saat Din in 1983.He has completed more than 100 films and also owns his own production house. He is most popularly known for his yesteryear successful movies like Woh 7 din,Kishen Kanhaiya, Ghar Ho To Aisa , Judaai,Awargi,Beta,Roop ki Rani Choron Ka Raja,Hum aapke dil mein rehete hai,Viraasat,Humaara Dil Aapke Paas hai,Bulandi,Pukar,Chameli Ki Shaadi, Mr.India, Tezaab, Karma, Ram Lakhan,OmJaiJagdish,1942: A Love Story,Gharwali Bharwali, Calcutta Mail, Jhooth Bole Kauwa Kaate,Nayak,Badhaai Ho Badhaai, Rishtey etc. many of his movies which flopped at the box office include Ram-Avtar, Vijay,Eeshwar,Jamai Raja,Jeevan ek Sangarsh,Benaam Badsha, Trimurti,Tashan,Yuvvraaj, etc. He continued to play the supporting cast and parallel lead in successful films like No Entry,Salaam-e-ishq,Race,Shootout at Wadala,Welcome,Biwi no1,Lajja,Slumdog Millionaire,Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol,No Problem, etc. Anil Kapoor is one of the most well known actors in India as well as oversesas and will always be considered a gem to Bollywood through all his ventures.
