She was seen as Meghana’s Mother, aai in Julun yeti reshimgathi. She has been in this industry for more than 25 years and has acted in a lot of Marathi and Hindi nataks, films and TV serials. She had a bad car accident in 2011, but returned to acting shortly thereafter. She also starred in the 1990’s movie Swarg, starring Juhi Chawala and Govinda.
