Veteran actor Yatin Karyekar, who was earlier seen as Kumud’s (Jennifer Winget) father Vidyachatur in Star Plus’ Saraswatichandra, has quit the show. And it’s been a month that Aliraza Namdar has replaced him.

Theatre artiste Aliraza has been part of shows like Rang Badalti Odhani, among others, and has done cameos in many TV shows.

So, why did Yatin move out of the project?

Well, our reliable sources informed us that he had date and monetary issues.

We tried contacting Yatin, but he remained unavailable.

We later called up Aliraza on being a part of the show and he shared, “It’s my privilege to work in this show and I am very happy. I am enjoying myself.

He continued, “It is a well established serial and it’s been a month today that I have joined the cast. By God’s grace, I have got a good response from the masses. I have good rapport with Gautam and Jennifer, the leads of the show.”
