Best TV Jodis Of 2014

A TV show remains incomplete without the pull of its lovable jodi. It's their antics, love, hatred and chemistry that makes the show a popular one. We present you the best TV Jodis of 2014...take a look:

Raman-Ishita (Yeh Hai Mohabbatein)

When a Punjabi munda and Tamilian girl get together, it's going to be an epic onscreen treat, isn't it? Well, that's what happened when these two diverse characters found love in each other.

Jodha- Akbar (Jodha Akbar)

History has told us about Akbar's passionate love for his favorite queen, the beautiful Hindu princess Jodha bai. From clashing religious beliefs to eventually falling in love with each other, the two certain made us sit up and take notice.

Swayam- Sharon (D3)

Their love track has been the most popular one, no doubt about that. What started off as petty a banter turned into a love so deep and beautiful that it withstood the pressures of status, time and differences. Don't we all want our love stories to be as beautiful as theirs?

Arjun- Draupadi (Mahabharat)

When newbie Pooja Sharma was cast as Draupadi on this epic battle show, the industry was a tad shocked. But seeing her chemistry with her onscreen 'Arjun' has put a stop to the gossip. Because the two look and act like they could be straight out of the actual story.

Abhi- Pragya (Kumkum Bhagya)

The two don't fall head over heels in the first meeting. They start off as a bickering couple, soon turning into a happily married twosome. There was nothing unique about the plot except Abhi and Pragya's crackling chemistry onscreen.

Ranveer- Ishaani (Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi)

Will they? Won't they? That has been playing on everybody's minds since the promos of the show went on air. From being best friends to estranged couple to working on their marriage, the two have seen a lot. We do love the ups and downs of their lives, don't we?

Harshad- Shivya (Humsafars)

He is rich and arrogant, while she is from a middle class family with a warm nature and pleasant personality. The two meet. They fight. They fall in love. Yes, the story might be predictable, but it's the freshness to the characters that make the show such a popular one.

Raghav-Kalpi (Ek Mutthi Aasmaan)

The plot has umpteen number of twists, what with a plastic surgery thrown in for good measure. But what doesn't change is Raghav's love for Kalpi. Despite their different backgrounds, the two hit it off and eventually get married.

Manik-Nandini (Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan)

This youth show focuses primarily on the importance of relationships in our lives. And one such relationship is of Manik and Nandini who find love in trying times and keep it alive even when their worlds seem to collapse around them.

Jetha-Daya (Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah)

She is the dumb-witted, yet practical wife. He is the crushed-between-two-generations husband. Their life revolves around the Golukdham society, while the show focuses on the antics of Mr and Mrs Gada.

RK-Madhu (Madhubala)

It's unusual for a superstar to fall for a hairstylist. But love is strange, isn't it? RK and Madhu face many issues ok their path of love, but come out on tops. That's what true love is, don't you feel?

Saras-Kumud (Saraswatichandra)

They were fated to be together or why else would their paths keep crossing again and again? They meet. They fall in love. They separate. They meet again. They find love again. Sounds interesting, eh?

Sooraj-Sandhya (Diya Aur Baati Hum)

The might have gotten married under pressure, but their love for each other is real and all-consuming. He becomes his wife's strength when she is preparing for her IAS. And she becomes the best at her course because of her husband's unconditional love and belief in her.

Rudra-Paro (Rangrasiya)

They found each other in a way they were never supposed to unite. Rudra is, after all, her husband's killer. But his good deed of saving the village makes the two inseparable.

Anshuman- Paakhi (Tumhari Paakhi)

They were married off when young, but their adult lives hold many a strange difficulties. From Anshuman constantly trying to make Paakhi's life hell to the latter making him slowly fall in love with her, the year-long saga put the two through many a tests!
