Today (2 October 2013), the nation pays tribute to Mahatma Gandhi on his 144th birth anniversary.
Gandhiji always believed in peace and non-violent means of protest famously called Satyagraha. The nation mourned for him after he died on 30 January, 1948 but there are many people who have forgotten him and his immense contributions for our country.
