MUMBAI :  2022 has been a great year for Ahsaas Channa. Till now, she has been a part of web series like Girls Hostel, Hostel Daze, Modern Love Mumbai, and Mismatched 2. Now, she is gearing up for her fifth project of the year titled Salesman Of The Year. The web series also stars Hussain Dalal in the lead role and it will start streaming on MX Player on 21st December 2022. 

TellyChakkar recently interacted with Ahsaas and spoke to her about the web series, her role, and a lot more…

Tell us something about your character in Salesman Of The Year

It’s something very different from what I have done earlier. In most of the web series that I have done, I have played the role of a college student, but in this, I am portraying a role that works in a corporate firm. My character’s name is Ira and she is a bit older than my real age.

As you said that for the first time you are not playing a college student. So, when this role was offered to you were you a bit surprised?

I was happy that they (makers) saw me in a different light. The dressing style of this character is different from what people have seen me earlier. I was a bit concerned earlier about doing a role that is older than my real age, but then I got a chance to break stereotypes with this role. 

How was your experience of working with Hussain Dalal?

It was damn good. He is a very cool and funny person. He improvises a lot and he will make you laugh. So, it was a good experience to work with him.
