MUMBAI: Bigg Boss is a cult show and has been a superhit across 14 years.

The show is one of the most sought after shows every year and has been renowned for his controversial episodes, fights and brawls. Bigg Boss season 15 recently went on-air and the audience cannot hold their excitement about the same. This time, the show is going to air on the OTT medium of Colors, Voot wherein the audience will get to witness over the top drama.

While all the seasons were hosted by superstar Salman Khan, this season, which airs on Voot is being hosted by Karan Johar. The audience feels that Karan Johar is making a conscious effort to match up the level that Bigg Boss has achieved in the past few years with Salman being the host.

Ashwini Mehta shared, “Somewhere down the line, we could see during the episode that Karan Johar is trying hard to keep the excitement up however, the charm of Salman Khan was missing in the show. The contestants look promising though.”

Pratik Rathod said, “Unlike Salman, Karan could not control the contestants. Nobody dared to go out of line and there was an air of discipline. Salman had established that kind of discipline which is missing right from the premier night.”

Deepak Thoke averred, “While there is much to talk about the show, I think the technical aspects such as the sound and editing is a little poor than the seasons we have seen so far.”

Ayush Shah spoke, “I feel the entire package was a bit of a disappointment. However, I am looking forward to the show. May be the difference is because it is on the OTT platform and people are taking time getting used to the culture of the digital medium.”

Anurag Menon believed, “I am in love with what is being presented. Everything is over the top and the contestants are promising. I feel Karan was quite good and I look forward to his weekend episodes.”
