‘Boxer’, an inspiring sports drama is premiering only on Eros Now

MUMBAI: Eros Now, South Asia’s leading streaming entertainment service owned by Eros STX Global Corporation (NYSE: EROS), a Global Entertainment Company today started streaming a motivational Bengali sports drama ‘Boxer’. An 18-year-old young boxer Ronny braves his way through life’s struggles but only time will decide his fate as he embarks on his boxing journey.

Comprising of a stellar cast of Shikhar Srivastava, Ena Saha, Soumitra Chatterjee, Rajatava Dutta, Labony Sarkar, Sudip Mukherjee, Sudip Sarkar, and directed by Sanjoy Bardhon this film is a true reflection of day to day to life. It is said that sports teach us development and ways of life. It helps us learn things such as resilience, leadership, accountability, respect and patience. Similar is the case of Ronny who considers the boxing ring as a mirror and metaphor of life.

Will Ronny leave his family behind in his pursuit of success? As loneliness becomes Ronny’s only companion, he gets into the boxing ring. Here his fight is not for the violence but to experience and increase his tolerance towards life’s hurdles.
