MUMBAI: Famous Casting Director Shadman Khan adds another feather to his cap as he takes a leap in his career. Shadman, who has done casting for popular shows like Half Marriage, Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum, Yeh Hai Chahatein, Laal Ishq and many more, has turned a producer.
Yes, he is soon set to roll his first dream project as a producer. It is a web-series touted to be launched on MX Player. It will be a gangster-based series from the 90's era.
The story will revolve around three boys who wish to build a village in their childhood and later when they grow up they rule the entire Uttar Pradesh city.
The series is tentatively titled 90s King and it will be directed by Maruti Pachauri and will be produced under the banner of Shadman Khan Films.
Shadman confirmed the news and shared, “It feels great that finally I have turned a producer. The gangster-based stories have always interested me hence I decided to bring a web-series on the same subject. The series will star big faces and we cannot wait for the project to go on floors.”
The web-series will most likely go on floors by October and it will be shot in Rajasthan.
