Now, Johar is ruling not only the film world but also the Television scene.
There was a time when people used to say that you have not really arrived on the showbiz scene if you haven't been invited on the show Koffee With Karan!
Koffee With Karan is a unique chat show that invites high profile celebs who not only have gossip sessions with the host Karan Johar, but also have many fun segments where not only the guests but also the viewers have a lot of fun watching. The show has had 6 successful seasons and is wrapping up the 7th.

Now, while many celebs have made an appearance on Koffee With Karan, some have made snide remarks about it and taken a dig at it. Here are some of them;
Kangana Ranaut
While the Queen actress has made an appearance on the show, she has made it clear that the show is all about bitching, bullying and talking about other people’s sex lives. She even went so far to call host Karan Johar the ‘torchbearer of nepotism’.

Vivek Agnihotri
Filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri really came into focus after his film The Kashmir Files released. The director slammed the show by saying that he had nothing to contribute since his life didn’t center around only sex, which he did enjoy but only with his wife. He also said that the show is artificial and only talks about who is sleeping with who and who is ditching who.
Govinda
Bollywood superstar Govinda didn’t spare Karan Johar’s show either. When asked why he wasn’t invited to the show, he said that the host only prefers celebs who are within his circle, otherwise he wouldn't even say a “Hi” to them.
Taapsee Pannu
When asked why the Thappad actress was not invited to the popular chat show yet, she said that her sex life was not interesting enough to discuss on the coveted couch!
Anurag Kashyap
The Gangs of Wasseypur director was also asked why he wasn’t yet a guest on the show, and he along with Taapsee Pannu had the most hilarious reply. They said that Karan didn’t find them exciting enough. In future they would have their own show, like Cutting with Kashyap, Panna With Pannu or Tharra with Taapsee.
