MUMBAI : Priya Banerjee and Karanvir Bohra are all set to entertain their audience with the web series, Bhanwar, which promises to be a thriller. The first look is already out and has been received with much love on social media. The series is about time-travelling and the couple getting stuck in an apartment. It’s shot only around 4 actors, including Karanvir's darling wife Teejay Sidhu. Sharing the whole experience of shooting the series in lockdown with only four people, show’s female lead Priya Banerjee said, "We shot it about 2 months ago.  Randomly KV came up with this script by Deepak Pachauri and it was quite interesting. I was wondering how we were going to shoot it as it was during the lockdown. And we shot in one location only, the DOP and me, KV, Mantra, and TJ also played a part in the show."

She went on revealing, "We didn't have much of the professional things with us. I did my own clothing, hair and the same was with KV, and the other two actors. While shooting for my close up KV would hold the lights and I'd do the same for him with those portable tiny lights. It was hilarious just the 3 of us to shoot in a staged apartment. We literally helped each other with everything from dialogues to holding lights to the direction to everything. The DOP Raju Gauli played a huge part in shooting as well as holding the lights also and he was running around. The way we shot it, it should be called an Atma Nirbhar production.”

It seems the shooting experience was quite thrilling with the lockdown and just 4 people shooting and managing everything by themselves. We are expecting a banging show, as it really does seem like Priya Banerjee and the team went out of their way to make it work.
