Review: Wake N' Bake is worth a watch

MUMBAI: Rohan Joshi seems to be managing life just fine post All India Bakchod. The comedian is 36 years old and is now being called an uncle, but he has made his peace with it. His first special is titled Wake N' Bake and is currently streaming on Amazon Prime Video.
Rohan's style of humour is known to be intelligent along with being witty. The one-hour show is about ageing, societal expectations of marriage, and his love for '420'.

The man delivers some good laughs and is super relatable as he talks about the messed-up education system and the never-ending pressure from the older generation to get married and have kids. He is electric, energetic, and knows the right buttons to push for the audience to not only enjoy his content but take the right pauses and go mildly over the top when needed.
The best part about the whole special is his take on subjects ranging from politics and race discrimination to the difference between the rich and poor.

The special is not as pacy as we would have liked, but watch it for a good dose of laughter.
