Riya Sen speaks about Pati Patni Aur Woh and her character of Rimjhim

MUMBAI: Riya Sen comes from a family of actors including her grandmother Suchitra Sen, mother Moon Moon Sen, and sister Raima Sen. She began her acting career in 1991 as a child actress in the film Vishkanya. Her first commercial success in her film career was with Style, a 2001 Hindi low-budget comedy directed by N. Chandra. Some of her other notable films include producer Pritish Nandy's musical film, Jhankaar Beats (2003) in Hinglish, Shaadi No. 1 (2005) and Malayalam horror film Ananthabhadram (2005).

The actress is back in a different avatar in the web series Pati Patni Aur Woh, which is already streaming on the MX Player.

The series features Anant Vidhaat and Vinny Arora and is already getting a lot of love and appreciation in the web world.

Team TellyChakkar got a chance to speak with Riya Sen. She revealed that she suggested her character name of Rimjhim. She added that she is very much like Rimjhim and connects with her in many ways.

She says that Rimjhim is a cute and simple girl who loves her husband very much and enjoys the feeling of falling in love. The actress says that she was so into the role that after the shooting, she wanted to be Rimjhim as she played nothing but her own self.
