MUMBAI: Dil Bechara, a love tale of two cancer patients, starring Sushant Singh Rajput and Sanjana Sanghi is set to release on Disney+ Hotstar. It is based on the novel ‘The Fault in Our Stars’ by John Green.
The news of Rajput’s demise has left everyone in shock. The actor who was a self-made man created a place for himself after starring in a popular TV show Pavitra Rishta in his initial days.
Rajput made his Bollywood debut in Kai Po Che and rose to stardom after playing the role of former Indian Cricket team’s Captain MS Dhoni in his biopic. He was last seen in Chhichhore which made it to the 100 crore club.
Dil Bechara is Mukesh Chhabra’s directorial debut and the movie will now release on Hotstar. An official announcement is expected to be put out on Tuesday by Disney+ Hotstar.
Chhabra and Rajput are known to have shared a brotherly bond.
Many from the Bollywood fraternity took to social media to express their love for the late actor.
