MUMBAI :When we talk about Emperor Akbar, Salim, and Anarkali, the first thing that comes to our mind is Mughal-e-Azam. It is one of the best period love stories made in the history of Indian cinema. But, apart from the love story, we don’t know much about what happened in the lives of these people. Now, Zee5 is all set to come up with a web series titled Taj which will revolve around the Mughal Empire and the fight to get the throne.
Today, the trailer of the series has been launched, and it is quite interesting. The trailer promises that the series will have drama, romance, and action. Naseeruddin Shah, Aditi Rao Hydari, Aashim Gulati, Taha Shah, and Sandhya Mridul leave a mark in the trailer. The web series also stars Dharmendra in a pivotal role.
Zee5 shared the trailer and wrote, “TAJ ek, lekin daawedar kayi! Kaun hoga Baadshah Akbar ke #TAJ ka asli haqdaar? Ho jaiye iss jung ko dekhne ke liye taiyaar, kyuki ab khulenge #TAJKeRaaz. #TAJDividedByBlood, premieres 3rd March only on #ZEE5 #TAJonZEE5.”

Taj Divided By Blood will start streaming on Zee5 on 3rd March 2023. Naseeruddin Shah will be seen playing the role of Emperor Akbar in it, Aashim Gulati will be seen as Salim, and Aditi portrays the character of Anarkali. While the trailer is good, it will be interesting to see how the web series will turn out to be.
