EXCLUSIVE: Arjun Bijlani and Erica Fernandes share the SECRET behind their FIT body

MUMBAI: Love eating fries, cherry cheesecake or that scrumptious cheeseburger? You might resist binging on those after reading the calorie content information!

You’ve set a health goal—to lose weight, increase your energy, boost your libido. While exercise and physical exertion has been championed as the most effective vehicle for driving pronounced weight loss, it’s a no-brainer that diet and exercise are both crucial to your well-being and your waistline!

There is no second thought that we aspire to become as fit and good looking as celebrities and find most of our inspiration there. While a majority set of fitness enthusiasts sweat for hours in the gym, we often forget that diet too needs to be paid as much attention to.

You might complain about how you cannot follow a strict dietary regime because of your day job and are so tired after returning back home that you cannot think of anything else apart from crashing on your most comfortable bed. Celebrities too are packed with their work schedule; so much that they seldom get time to keep a check on their health. But if they don’t how would they be able to glam up the screens so efficiently?

To know more, we contacted actors Arjun Bijlani and Erica Fernandes who has interesting things to share about their fitness routine:

Arjun shared, “Maintaining a balance between health and fitness is extremely important. If you have long working hours and physically exert, your body will be fatigued. So I advise engaging into moderate exercise. It can be a short walk or 20 minutes of functional training or weights. Being healthy is also about eating the right food, supplementing your calcium and making sure that you do not have any vitamin deficiency.”

“Currently I am following a Keto diet and I have lost 4 kgs already. In the coming year (2019) I am going to try to be healthy and fit at the same time,” he added.

Erica tipped, “There are fewer chances of following a proper diet especially when you are shooting so I make sure that I get enough of sleep and keep my body hydrated and relaxed. “
