Eat healthy food in right proportion.
Abs are necessary?
It’s a trend now. But I’m not that conscious about it.
Current workout routine?
Jogging, abs exercise, running and gymming.
In the morning- A litre of water, coconut water and kadi patta as it is good for health.
Breakfast – I prefers milk, daliya and after breakfast some fruits.
Lunch – Consists of paneer ki sabzi, yellow dal and brown rice. After 45 minutes of lunch, I have green tea.
Evening – Elaichi tea, milk with bournvita and eggs.
Dinner – Boiled broccoli, vegetables, soup, dal and milk.
Ever taken supplement to lose or gain weight?
What would you recommend for a quick 20-to-30-minute workout?
Warm up exercises, push ups, sit ups, abs exercise and running.
How do you stay motivated?
My friends Gautam (Rode) and Ketan (Karande) help me to stay motivated. Also Aamir Khan inspire me a lot.
How much do you weigh right now?
Your cheat food?
Vada Pav and bread pakodas.
Which body part are you proud of and why?
Biceps. Because it pumps faster and it is visible (laughs).
What time do you work out?
Do you ogle at hot bods in the gym?
T-shirts, lowers and sport shoes.

Ketan (Karande) and Kanan (Malhotra) are my gym buddies.
