Embarking on the enthralling concept of fitness tours, FitZup, in association with Cocoon Maldives, had organized an expedition to Maldives’ first design hotel with renowned TV celebrities and fitness enthusiasts Kishwer Merchant, Abigail Pande, Sreejita De, and Pryanca Talukdar along with pro-athlete Sahil Rasheed.

The visit was spread over 5 days, and the ideology was to change the perception of fitness enthusiasts about the term ‘Cheat Meal’.

Every day, the expedition started with rigorous morning workout sessions, followed by some leisurely activities to explore the nearby Lhaviyani Atoll. The Lhaviyani Atoll is a great place to enjoy world-class scuba diving, with over 50 dive sites, including famous local shipwrecks and remarkable aquatic life such as bluestripe snappers, hawksbill turtles, butterfly fish, moray eel, scorpionfish, whitetip reef sharks, some mantas, and brightly coloured triggerfish. Each day would include various marine activities such as sunset fishing, kayaking or surfboarding, snorkelling, scuba diving and jet skiing to nearby sand banks and coral reefs.

All the water adventure during the day built an appetite for sumptuous Cheat Meals! The TV celebrities would executive Italian Brand Chef Giovanni de Ambrosis for their favourite cheat meal, which was prepared with an interesting makeover; turning each ‘cheat’ desire into a healthy meal to binge upon.

The resort offers guests both privacy and a place to socialize in the island’s clubs, restaurants, and bars. It features three restaurants and two bars offering a variety of cuisines from around the world and romantic dining experiences. Cocoon Maldives also boasts of a Cultural Kids Club’, tailor-made guest excursions and entertainment, and a spa. The Cube Spa at Cocoon Maldives rejuvenated the celebrities at the end of a long day, with a variety of relaxing treatments performed by qualified masseurs from Bali.
