MUMBAI: Bollywood actor Abhimanyu Singh has given some superb performances in his films in the past. Of course, how can we forget his amazing contributiin to Sooryavanshi and Ram-Leela. He is all set to be seen in the movie Bachchhan Paandey, where he will be sharing the screen with Akshay Kumar, Kriti Sanon, and Arshad Warsi

Team TellyChakkar got in touch with the star, where he spoke about the response he has been getting for the trailer and the song Saare Bolo Bewafa from Bachchhan Paandey. He also shared his experience of working with Akshay Kumar for the second time in the film.

Tell us the response you have been getting for the trailer of Bachchhan Paandey.

I have been getting a very good response to the trailer. I was not expecting such a huge response at all. Thanks to Sajid Sir and Akshay Kumar Sir, they gave me proper footage in the trailer. In fact, I have been getting a lot of calls from my hometown Patna and Delhi.

Tell us the response you have been getting for the song Saare Bolo Bewafa.

Even the song has been getting a very good response. Akshay Kumar called to compliment me for the song Saare Bolo Bewafa as it is trending on the top charts. The audience are liking the song as they get to see a change in my character. As an actor, the audience is feeling that I am doing a different kind of role now. Even I feel excited to do this role as it is different from the zone I have been in the past. Akshay Kumar has chosen the song, and I must say he has very good taste in selecting songs. 

Tell us about your camaraderie with Akshay Kumar.

Akshay Kumar is such a big star, but he is very down to earth. This is the best thing anyone can learn from him. He is very helpful, and, most importantly, he is a very good person at heart. His sense of humor is also very good. As an actor, I love him and vice versa. We stayed together for almost 50 days for Bachchhan Paandey and it is enough for any person to understand each other. The audience loved the interrogation scene from Sooryavanshi, which was a blockbuster. I hope Bachchhan Paandey will also turn out to be a superhit film.
