20 Years of Miss World Crowning for Priyanka Chopra and here is what Mom Madhu had said post Daughter’s win

In a recent video, Priyanka Chopra and mother Madhu Chopra could not stop laughing hard as the latter revealed the stupidest thing she said post daughter's Miss World victory

MUMBAI: It was the year 2000, when Priyanka Chopra made India proud by winning the Miss World crown. It was a moment that no one will ever forget. However, mothers will always be mothers. While Priyanka turned out to be the most gorgeous lady in the World, her mother Madhu Chopra was all worried about her studies. Yes, you read that right. This is something that mom Madhu Chopra has herself revealed in a recent video shared by Priyanka. Mommy Chopra has called it the 'stupidest' thing she said to daughter.

Priyanka Chopra recently reminisced about her Miss World crowning moment and shared a video on Instagram with the caption, "Miss World, 2000. Picture this... I just turned 18 and won Miss World!! When I finally reunited with my parents among all the chaos on stage, the first thing my mom said to me was “babe, what’s going to happen with your studies?” #IndianMom #20in2020.”

"I had tears streaming down my eyes what’s going to happen. I just need to hug her. And when I hugged her I spoke the stupidest thing -- Instead of telling her that I was so glad, so happy that you’re Miss World. I said, Babe, now what will happen to your studies," she's heard saying before bursting into laughter with PeeCee.
