The news of his demise was confirmed by author and columnist Suhel Seth through a post on social media. Sharing his condolences, Seth wrote, “Deeply saddened at the passing of @sunjaykapur: he passed away earlier today in England: a terrible loss and deepest condolences to his family and to his colleagues @sonacomstar. Om Shanti.”
Kapur was a well-known figure in the corporate world and was associated with Sona Comstar, a major player in the automotive technology sector. His sudden demise has come as a shock to many in both the business community and entertainment circles.
