Kareena Kapoor Khan to play a mother in Karan Johar’s next?

After Veere Di Wedding, media reports state that Kareena Kapoor Khan will play a mother in KJO’s next production venture. Being a mother in real life, Kareena was the perfect fit. The film is apparently a romcom about two couples and is expected to hit the floors in the month of November.

Arjun Rampal parts ways with wife Mehr Jesia

Actor Arjun Rampal and Mehr Jesia have called it quits after 20 years of marriage. There was a speculation about the status of their relationship for long. And the couple set the record straight by announcing their decision to part ways through a joint statement which read, “After a 20 year long beautiful journey filled with love and beautiful memories, we would like to share, that all journeys have different paths and we feel that it is time for us to move on to different destinations henceforth. We have always been solid when it has come to us, we will continue to be solid for each other and our loved ones as we embark upon a new journey. Both of us being extremely private people feel strange to be making this statement, but such are the circumstances of our lives. Where the truth can get distorted and lost.”

Arjun and Mehr got married in 1998 and have two daughters -- Mahikaa and Myra.

Imtiaz Ali’s spokesperson clears rumours about the casting of his next film

There have been several rumours and speculations about the cast of Imtiaz Ali’s upcoming film to which his spokesperson has given out a statement: "There have been several rumours about the casting of Imtiaz's next film. Imtiaz has many stories in his mind and is yet to finalise the one that he wants to make next. So at this point there is no question of casting for it.  We'd like to categorically state that no actor has been finalised for his next film as yet. We request you to wait for the official announcement which will be made as and when we are ready."

John Abraham on the lookout for comedy script

John Abraham has a lot of films in his kitty, but he is missing doing a comedy movie. He is very eager to do one as it's his favourite genre and so, he is planning to develop a comedy film under his home banner.

The actor, whose intense Parmanu - The Story of Pokhran has just released, has his hands full currently with Satyamev Jayate, Batla House and RAW. He is also looking forward to create an Attack franchise in the hardcore action space.
