The ban on beef imposed by the government has not pleased everyone in tinseltown. While many young stars voiced their protest against the ridiculous order the day it came into effect, more recently Rishi Kapoor too vented his ire at the ruling.

Taking to Twitter, Kapoor senior wrote, “I am angry. Why do you equate food with religion?? I am a beef eating Hindu. Does that mean I am less God fearing than a non-eater? Think!!”

Reacting angrily at the government depriving him of his favourite beef meal, Rishi further wrote, “Aapko naheen khaana beef/pork mat khao. Ultimately your Karma counts not fu****g dictates by bigots. Karo Apna kiddos. Karm achche hon bas!”

Rishi spewed more venom especially at hypocritical politicians. “Ye Panduit maulvi sab chodo! Karo dil ki baat. Mann ki baat. Ban on food? Unheard of by Idiots!!!Politics!!...My Mantra? Live and let live."

Soon followers started quizzing Rishi on whether he supporting killing of animals. Rishi soon put up a clarification note that read, “Please don’t get me wrong. I do not advocate killing of animals. I am against this shit of double standards of politicians to suit themselves.”

Well, strong words there from Kapoor senior. We wonder if Ranbir is on the same page as well.
