MUMBAI: The stunning Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty's husband, Raj Kundra has been sent to 14 days of judicial custody by the Bombay High Court. This was after the Crime Branch has been denied his custody. Raj Kundra’s lawyer is now going to move HC to seek bail. The hearing for Raj Kundra's bail application will take place on July 28.  Raj Kundra was arrested on July 19 for a pornography racket case. The case is still under investigation by the Mumbai police. On July 24, police found a mysterious cupboard 'well concealed' which was located in the wall of Raj Kundra’s Viaan Industries office. This was in relation to the fresh raids which were conducted in connection with the pornography case. According to the crime branch and media reports, the recovered boxes contain files that are related to financial exchanges and mainly related to cryptocurrency.

As per media reports, Shilpa Shetty shouted at her husband Raj Kundra. She was upset and cried when he was brought to their home in Mumbai by the police for the first time since his arrest.
Shilpa reportedly said to him, “We have everything, what was the need to do all this.”

Police sources claim she broke down on seeing her husband and said that the "family's reputation was ruined, their endorsements in the industry were being cancelled and that she had to give up many projects".
