The director's story is the perfect example of how an outsider would break into Bollywood who had loads of talent. Anurag enjoys a separate fan base for his films which are quite different from the mainstream cinema. 

6. Kangana Ranaut 

The lady was discovered by Anurag Basu who gave her a break in Gangster. Since then, Kangana never stopped and today, she is the undisputed Queen of Bollywood. She too came from a non-filmy background and spread her charm with her beauty and talent. 

7. Priyanka Chopra

Her achievements are limitless and she has set a perfect example for many outsiders. Though Priyanka too faced lots of struggles to get in this position, but she is ruling both Hollywood and Bollywood.
