MUMBAI : The prime suspect of the SSR case Rhea was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau in the drug angle of the case with her brother Showik Chakraborty. Times Now reported that Rhea named Sara Ali Khan, Rakulpreet Singh and designer Simone Khambatta in alleged drug use. However, according to Free Press Journal, NCB deputy director KPS Malhotra has denied these reports saying the names haven’t been zeroed upon. Meanwhile, as these reports surfaced on the Internet, Netizens dug out old pictures of Rhea with Sara Ali Khan, Rakul Preet Singh.
These pictures showing Rhea Chakraborty with Sara Ali Khan and Rakul Preet Singh have gone viral on social media. One of the pictures shows Sara and Rhea heading out after their gym session, while other ones show Rhea with Simone, as well as one with Rakul Preet. It was also reported that a few years ago, Rhea and Sara were good friends and would often be spotted together on numerous occasions.
Meanwhile, after these reports of Rhea naming Sara Ali Khan and Rakul Preet Singh surfaced, Free Press Journal reported that the NCB has denied ‘preparing a list’ of Bollywood celebs under the scanner for alleged drug use.

Free Press Journal reported NCB deputy director KPS Malhotra saying, "We have not prepared any Bollywood list. The list earlier prepared was of peddlers and traffickers. It’s getting confused with Bollywood." He also stated that the names have not been zeroed upon.
