MUMBAI: Kareena Kapoor Khan, who is one of the most popular Bollywood divas, celebrated her first Mother's Day after embracing motherhood for the second time.

The actress celebrated the spirit of motherhood as she extended wishes to her fans and followers on Instagram. But her post has to be extra special because Kareena went on to offer the first clear glimpse of her newborn son and it is ought to make you go 'aww'! Sharing a black and white picture, the click featured Taimur Ali Khan who is now a big brother, adorably holding the infant in his arms. Taimur cutely looked towards the camera as the little one rested in his arms. Quoting a popular Hindi idiom in the caption, Kareena shared that it's her sons that give her hope at a time like this.  "आज उम्मीद पे पूरी दुनिया कायम है, (hope is what keeps the world alive). And these two give me hope... for a better tomorrow. Happy Mother’s Day to all you beautiful, strong mothers out there...Keep the faith...," the Jab We Met star wrote in the caption.

Kareena's sister-in-law Saba Ali Khan dropped a sweet comment under her post. "Darlings Stay safe. And Happy Mother's Day! Lots of love....," she wrote. Her sisters Karisma Kapoor and Riddhima Kapoor Sahni were also all hearts.

Kareena and Saif Ali Khan are yet to reveal their son's name. Soon after his arrival, the couple also received name suggestions from their fans online.

On the professional front, Kareena will be next seen in Laal Singh Chaddha alongside her 3 Idiots co-star Aamir Khan. The film is scheduled to release in Christmas 2021.
