MUMBAI:  The traditional Indian family system thrives on patriarchal beliefs. Bollywood actor, Pankaj Tripathi is a well-known face in the Hindi film industry who has made a name for himself with his unconventional roles. However, the actor struggled a lot before getting the fame he has now as he didn't get any projects for almost eight years post his marriage. In the meantime, he survived on his wife, Mridula Tripathi's earnings and did all the household chores while she would work. She started working as a school teacher to support their family.
