MUMBAI :  The much-awaited trailer of Rohit Shetty's  Cirkus has been released. The film stars Ranveer Singh, Varun Sharma, Pooja Hegde, and Jacqueline Fernandez in the lead roles. The trailer has grabbed everyone’s attention and two things that are the highlights of the trailer are Deepika Padukone as Meenamma and a glimpse of the Golmaal gang as kids. 

At the trailer launch, Ranveer revealed that Rohit is making a comedy-verse, and the filmmaker confirmed that the actor will be seen in Golmaal 5. At the event, Ranveer said, “Let me welcome you all to Rohit Shetty’s comedy verse.” Rohit added, “He (Ranveer) is very smart, now he will come in Golmaal as well.” Ranveer quipped, “I also want Cirkus 2 and Simmba 2, and I will even come in Singham as well. I will come.”

Well, Rohit Shetty has made one of the most successful cop universes with Singham, Simmba, and Sooryavanshi. He is all set to make Singham 3, which is titled Singham Again. Now, it will surely be interesting to see his comedy verse. 

Talking about Cirkus, the film is an adaptation of Shakespeare’s The Comedy of Errors. In 1982, a film titled Angoor was also made which was an adaptation of The Comedy of Errors. The movie starred Sanjeev Kumar and Deven Verma in the lead roles. 

Cirkus is slated to release on 23rd December 2022, and after watching the trailer one can expect that the film will be a super hit at the box office.
