MUMBAI: Talented actress Deepika Padukone will soon be seen in Kabir Khan’s ’83 and Meghna Gulzar’s Chhapaak.

The Padmaavat actress is in demand, and if the reports floating on the Internet are true, Karan Johar has signed Deepika for his next film. Deepika has earlier starred in 2013 film Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani with Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, and looks like they will be reuniting once again!

Filmfare reports that the actress was seen visiting Karan’s office a few weeks ago for a script narration, and was also instantly impressed by the story. It is a women-centric story and will likely be directed by Shakun Batra.

Meanwhile, Deepika’s fans are waiting for her next projects to hit the theatres.
