MUMBAI: Deepika Padukone is one of the most loved actresses of Bollywood. She has showcased her acting skills over the years with exceptional performances in films like Piku, Padmaavat, and Tamasha.

Deepika has been flooded with many movie offers from top production houses. She had taken a sabbatical this year and announced her next movie, which she will start shooting from next year.

Deepika will star in Meghna Gulzar’s next film, which is based on acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal. This movie will be the first that she will also produce.

The film will go on floors next year in March, and Deepika is considering many other scripts and will make the announcements soon.

Recently, she was spotted at Aamir Khan’s residence. Thus, there was news doing the rounds that there could be a possible collaboration between the actors. Aamir and Deepika have never worked together before, and fans were very excited about the prospect.

Aamir and his team are working on Mahabharat. It will reportedly be made in multiple parts.

As per some media reports, Aamir had offered Deepika the role of Draupadi in his ambitious project, but the actress turned down the part.

We do hope to see Deepika and Aamir working in some other movie together soon.
