Ranbir confessed that he had cheated on his girlfriend reportedly Deepika Padukone out of immaturity.

The actor, during an interview with a magazine in 2018, confessed that he was a nicotine addict since the age of 15. The actor admitted that he would quit smoking for four months but he again started rolling cigarettes.

The actor spilled shocking details about his personal life and said that he had lost virginity when he was 15 years old.

The actor had revealed that his parents Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor had trouble in their marriage. He told Mumbai Mirror, “Sometimes the fights would get really bad. I would be sitting on the steps, my head between my knees, till five or six in the morning, waiting for them to stop. My parents had a very troubled marriage for a long time, and I was caught in the middle because I was there. Mom tried to make sure it didn’t affect us. She did that by being open about it, which was good. But let’s just say I didn’t grow up with any rose-tinted illusions about love. I learned the hard way how complicated a relationship between a man and woman could be.”

On the work front, Ranbir has several projects in the pipeline including Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra in which he will be seen with girlfriend Alia Bhatt for the first time. The movie will also feature Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna Akkineni, and Mouni Roy. The film will release on September 9, 2022. He also has Luv Ranjan's yet to be titled upcoming film and Shamshera.
