MUMBAI: Before his performance had aired, Hrithik had shared with his fans how he couldn’t rehearse for it because of the Coronavirus threat and also asked his fans to watch it and share their feedback with him. The fans did that in an overwhelming way for their superstar. Soon after Hrithik’s performance aired on television, his fans went berserk.

The stakeholders of the award function had strategically decided for Hrithik’s performance to be the finale act of the evening as it was the biggest and most awaited one and would also get the show very high viewership.

The actor gave a bumper tribute to his 20 years journey where he performed to a medley of songs- 'Ek Pal' from his debut film, Kaho naa Pyaar hai and it's title song; 'Ghungroo' and 'Jai Jai Shivshankar' from his recent release WAR; 'Senorita' from Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, 'Tu Meri' from Bang bang and 'Dhoom again' from Dhoom 2.

The fans could not contain their love and excitement and poured in comments from “no one can match your rhythm”, “outstanding performance as always”, “Super dance”, “You rocked it Hrithik <3 <3 LIke always will see this performance again again…” and there’s a lot more that tells us how loved is the actor! Hrithik Roshan has had a breathtaking trajectory in the Indian film industry and his popularity with a wide fanbase is proof of the same. 

Hrithik had a phenomenal year 2020 with two back to back hits- Super 30 and WAR which not only won hearts but also rocked at the box office, breaking records. The actor shone bright as he not only took up the challenge to get in shape after Super 30 but excelled at it and that too within a time frame of just two months. Hrithik Roshan's WAR has turned out to be the biggest grosser of 2019 until now and has charted crores at the box office.
